I was a B.Tech student at Galgotia University, I took admission here in 2011. I hail from Kashmir, initial when I came here, I had also heard a lot about Galgotias University through advertisements.
When I reached here, I found most of the things they had promised were true. All the faculty they have hired here are definitely one of the best we have in Top T-schools! I had also considered Amtiy, Noida. I feel lucky today as, I didn’t take admission there. Amity definitely has good infrastructure and crowd but ultimately when we talk about career amity doesn’t stand anywhere. One of my cousin who completed his MBA from there tells that students go there to enjoy luxury college life and are not really serious about education or placement. They have made a beautiful campus but they don’t provide what students like me wants i.e. Quality education and Career Security.
After spending so many lakhs from our parents pockets if we don’t get a right career opportunity, Whats the point?
Currently I got placed with a leading IT company and feel blessed that Galgotia gave the right turn to my career. I also feel pity for my cousin who is much after struggling has still no secure career.
Education makes us what we wanted to be! So, Students please be careful before selecting your college. Best wishes!
