Never ever join Gamut Infosystem Ltd. They will ruin your career. They will try to attract you with their fist time lucrative salary.
- They will not give you release letter, which is required thing for experienced IT guys.
You will have to pay 1 year gross salary if you join any CRM, HRMS, ERP company even after your termination for 18 months.
They will force you to sign on court paper mentioning all these on date of joining. Before that they won’t say anything. If anything goes out of this so called confidential agreement, then they will take legal action. You are signing service bond for indefinite years.
They are not having any office or setup in BANGALORE, CHENNAI, UAE etc. It’s a fake company.
They used to say that there would be off day on every Saturday. But, IT guys have to go office 2 Saturdays every week.
They deduct money from gross salary in name of facility; which they mention gratuity deduction verbally. That shouldn’t be.

Your annual CTC shall be Rs.228, 000.00/-. Statutory Deductions as applicable.
