I have been to ganga hospital when my friend got an accident and I want to share my personal views with the hospital for the 15 days I spent there.
Infrastructure:
The infrastructure of the hospital is quite good not bad, includes high class construction materials in an open green environment, parking for all types of vehicles is also included and also pollution is too less in that area.
About Hospital:
1.In the hospital visiting to the patient is very pathetic, they don’t allow more than one attender to meet the patient.
2.The visiting time is also too less.
3.Outside food or home made food are not allowed inside the hospital, patients are to be fed with only canteen food and the canteen food is worst ever, not good, patients can’t eat but they are forced to eat so.
4.Cleaning of the patient room is done only once in 2 days, in other hospitals they do on a regular basis but here all the staffs are too lazy and they work less due to low salary.
5.Nurses are also too lazy, there is only one nurse in the entire floor in night time. They are to be called 4-5 times for their attention to look for the patient.
6.Nurses are not properly trained, they don’t care much of the patient. They just work for the money provided to them, they don’t care about the life of the patient.
7.Warders don’t properly look after the patient, they are always just eating and sleeping.
8.Doctors are also not much experienced in this hospital, they also don’t know everything properly. They just work for the name and fame. They only visit the patient once in a day which is very pathetic. They should regularly visit the patient and constantly monitor the patient but they don’t do so.
- For registration forms, taking tests, x-rays there is a long queue even the patient has to wait in the queue even though he is not feeling well.
10.All the things in this hospital are expensive, the equipment are very expensive, the tests are too expensive even a blood test they cost around 450/- while in other hospital its only 200-250/-.
11.The operation cost is too high and consultation fee for the doctors is also too high.
12.Canteen food is worst ever food you will eat in your life and also costly.
13.The most horrible is the MEDICAL, the nurse and doctor give the medicine which are only available at that medical and are way too costly. How come they give only medicines that are available there, are they playing with us?
14.Me and my friend were regularly visiting the hospital to claim the insurance but they delayed a lot. Sometimes they say they are busy sometimes they say they have gone out sometimes they say they are already talking with other agent. Insurance department is very lazy they don’t provide insurance immediately.
15.We spent totally 1.2Lakh, which was very huge. It would have been only around 40, 000 in other hospital and also had good treatment.
- All the nurses, doctors, warders, house-keepers only work for money, they don’t care about the patient.
So, I request you to go for any other hospital like Senthil hospital, Government hospital, etc which are cheap and also provides good treatment too.
