I had a very tiring day, so my husband and I decided to order pizza for saturday evening. I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread from Garcia’s Pizza on 5 Dec 2009 at 8:25pm. First of all all the pizzas which they claimed on the menu were not available.
Secondly, the delivery boy short changed me 14 rupees claiming that he did not have any change with him.I was in no mood to argue with him so I let it go. He was also very reluctant to give me the bill. However I insisted that he hand it over (no 45577).
On opening the box, I was shocked to find a dead cockroach in the pizza. they agreed to replace the pizza but the replacement was not what I had ordered. All in all, my dinner and evening was completely ruined. This was the first time we had ordered from Garcia’s and it was the worst experience with regard to food in my life. So if you want to order a pizza from this place, do so at YOUR OWN RISK and be sure to check your pizza thoroughly before you take a bite.
