I am very proud to say that I am a product of this college .During the year 1980 when I joined the University college at Trivandrum in Kerala P. Madusudana Perumal Pillai was the Principal.He was very strict and followed discipline and punctually in all aspects of the college.
Even though I have studied Philosophy apart from that faculty of Economics, History, Political Science, Islamic History, Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Geography, Botany Zoology, Statistics, Psychology and English, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Tamil and French literature are there.
On the back side of the college hall called Centenary Hall for the student to express and develop there Extra curricular program s -such us dance, drama, mimicry, mono act, kataprasangam, elocution competition ect.ect. Since the college campus has a wast area student’s can play whatever the the game they like with out making disturbance to the colleges classes .
It is very honor to say that the former president of India K.R.Narayanan, former chief minister of Kerala R, Sanker, first women judge of supreme court t of India FathimaBeevi, poet ONV, Kurup, novelist C, V, Raman Pillai are some of the great luminaries given by the Institution .
