The Garden of Five Senses is situated on a ridge in Saidullajab Gaon near Saket Metro Station in Delhi. It is one of the main attraction for Delhites as well as domestic tourists. Since residing in Delhi, in January last I visited the Garden with my friends. It is one of the newly created modern parks of Delhi between the rocks and bushes. The park is aimed at the need for a public space as well as awakening of five senses of human to the environment, as its name indicates.
There are many fantastic sculptures of stone and terracotta created and kept in the park between the greenery and flowers. There is an amphitheatre, exhibition area and spiral paths on the natural slopes where artist may imagine and create their art amidst the nature. Flowers, food festival and other cultural programmes are organized by Tourism Department of Delhi.
This is a place for great peace and imagination and worth Visiting Park for common man and artists. Entry fee is charged by the visitors. We enjoyed much ignoring some unwanted thing. A must visit park for knowledge and enjoyment.
