As soon as summers come v all start planning where to go. well well when I was a teen I never like trekking but after seeing so many stunning places I started loving trekking and I think the best place for trekking in India is uttaranchal. there are many beautiful places in this state. Mostly what we do when we go to a place we just carry the user guide book n visit the places which are mostly visited by people. Let me tell you all there are still many places in uttaranchal which have their natural beauty n have not been recognized as tourist places yet. One of them is chopta in ukhimat it is also know as mini Switzerland, from where u can see Himalayan ranges and can see heavy snowfall in month of dec, n jan. there is a temple trijunginarayan from chopta which has a trekof 3kms..while trekking u can see the beautiful meadows, mountains n in between as height increases, u can find clouds n breath tat air n clouds , splendid nature to enjoy .after taking the pleasure of spell bounding beauty u come to that temple .2nd one is devariya tal. This is also in ukhimat(district rudraprayag).there is a trekking of 4 kms on hills in which you will come across the small villages and lovely fields. It may be tiring journey but after 4kms your tireness will be gone when u see this tal which is surrounded by the himalayan ranges.you can see chaukhamba peak(it has 4 peaks) from there. the best thing bout this location is on one side u can find ranges n on other side u find jungle of pines. it look awesome when u see the reflection of both on lake. The depth of this lake has not been known till now. on this place every yr on janamashtami fair starts for few days in which all localites come n enjoy the exquisiteness of nature. May be we dont like to do trekking but for such tremendous n striking places we should not stay behind to discover the true nature. So I think nobody would like to miss the heaven on earth.
