I bought Kyocera handset from Bhikai Ji Cama place Sanchar Haat . I was given telephone number 20536719. Now the set is not working properly in JNU area. I met SubDivisional Engineer Garuda Service Centre in Bhikai Ji Cama Place. I was told to meet Divisional Engineer. I told my problem to Divisional Engineer and he told me that he will get this area checked. Today, when I contacted Divisional Engineer he is telling that he will not be able to help me . He has suggested that I Should pass on my set to somebody else and the set will not work in this area for the time being and there are no signs of improvement of the signals in this area.
Further, I have heard that the signal strength is very very poor in some other areas
like BhikaiJi Cama Place , Rajokari etc. So, in those areas telephone won’t work properly. Before buying your set, Pl. make sure that telephone signals should have enough strength in the area where you want to use. There is no hope of improvement of signals in the near future. There is no body in the MTNL to hear you.
