Very irresponsible company with such unresponsive customer care. this is the worst courier service I have seen ever in my life.
The package is in New Delhi for last 7 days and they are still not able to deliver it.
Amazon’s brand value is reducing because of this stupid courier service.
Ordered a product from Amazon on 22nd Dec morning and its 2nd Jan night.
Amazon customer care regarding this issue was also very poor.
