I am from Hooghly district(Police Station-Tarakeswar) in West Bengal. I mainly buy online products from amazon because if I talking about price then it is the best site nodoubtly.
Nowadays amazon choose GATI courier to deliver my order. Previously they chose FEDEX courier and they are really good in Hooghly particularly. Even amazon sent me through India Post also and they are also even gave me nicely. But if I talk about Fedex, then what I say. I want to use bad languages but I can’t.
They did not gave delivery in proper time.
They called me 1km from my house to collect my order.
They many times asked me for some’jol pani’ or you can say baksish.
Their behavior was not atleast good.
Their talking style was irritating also.
Their toll free number was always busy.
Just a irritating service in Hooghly district. I told amazon many times that not to give Gati courier atleast in Hooghly district. They always told me that they did not choose any courier. It is taken by automatic. So they can’t do it. They just assure me that thier higher authorities will talk to me personally soon regarding this matter. I waited for my time.
