4 of my shipments which were removal orders from Amazon(I am an Amazon Seller) were shipped through Gati. For each one of them they updated false information in their system - that shipment was attempted but they failed to deliver as I requested a change in delivery date. However, no one ever attempted the delivery or called me. I am receiving other shipments(by Delhivery & Bludart) exactly on promised date, but all Gati shipments are never delivered. On complaining to their customer care email & to Amazon seller support I got two of them delivered. But the remaining 2 are still pending. Their customer care service sucks as it is just an IVR & WhatsApp support is also a genie, so you can imagine the customer’s pain. Pls think twice before using Gati. Amazon should blacklist them
