Never go for Gati.

My review is based on cargo delivery from Siliguri To Patna.

Horrible experience is what can I say.

1) Broke my Honda Glamour, Rs 2000 loss incurred in repairs.

2) My treadmill they lost key screws to refit it. And scratched the digital panel.

3) Scratched my washing machine.

4) Broke my Rs 4000 worth of office chair, the hydraulic lever of it is broken.

When contacted the CS and asked for insurance and damage verification receipt to claim insurance, till now after 6 months they have not mailed it.

Never go for Gati.
