I booked a consignment from Chennai to Shillong on 24 September with a guaranteed delivery date of 8 October 2018 with docket number 467471967. Its the 16th of October now and I have not recieved my consignment. Despite calling the complaints department post the delivery date every day nothing has progressed. I ask them for the delivery guy number and they dont have it. They have no clue of the person in charge of the delivery at the reciever city nor do they have the office number. I am writing this because I am frustrated with their poor service. Next time I will use Bluedart or India Post cargo. At least they provide you with the delivery man’s number. Really awful service by GATI. Dear all, please do not use GATI if you have to deliver anything to Northeast India. Really undependable and unapologetic service.
