Worst ever customer service by Gati KWE ltd

I had send by household goods through Gati KWE ltd on 3rd April 15 through Gati docketno 426986228 and same was delivered at my native place on 4.4.15 in fully damaged condition in my bed, my kids study table. What was more worst was customer service has closed the complaint on 15.4.15 without any intimation to me which was later reopened after writting to higher officials.


Gati CSA assured me to release the claim today 27.5.15 but when I contacted in toll free no. 18001804284, came to know that complaint was already get closed on 25.5.15 without my knowledge. The matter has been brought to their managing director notice but from there he has replied none of the mails. Finally I am attaching relevant photos of what has been delivered to me. Issue get settled on 30.5.15 after long followup.
