I had multiple bad experiences with GATI. They never deliver by promised date. the recent experience was pathetic. I was supposed to receive a package from Mumbai. they promised to deliver it in 5 days. this itself is pathetic given that it takes 5 days to receive international courier. but what followed was even amazing. they kept my package in Mumbai for 3 days taking it on a sightseeing trip of Mumbai I believe.
Then it reached Bangalore after 2 more days. after reaching Bangalore they kept it in their warehouse for another 3 days. maybe in the hope that it will multiply and they can use it to make more cash. on calling the customer care they connected the call with some supervisor who was talking as if he was doing me a favor by delivering the product the next day. shameless people with no accountability. absolutely unprofessional.
