I was scared seeing all the reviews here. Was wordering if I’ll get my package at all.(online order)
I’m happy to say that I did get it. And their customer care executives were helpful too. Yes, its not the fastest delivery service there is. But I did get the package safe and sound.
-2 stars for taking so long(8 days) for delivering it. And 1 of those days, it was in Bangalore itself and yet it had to go to some other station and stuff.
Bottom line - don’t get scared seeing the reviews here. People only bother to review when things go wrong. Not many people write a review when things go well(even I don’t, usually). The service, as I’ve seen it, isn’t as bad as the image that you get from here tells you.
