Worst courier service

My package from snapdeal wasn’t delivered to me for a month and I didn’t even receive a call from them. Eventually I had to collect it from their office. When I lodged a complaint to gati online regarding’late delivery’. When I got a response call from gati, they said that they had been told by snapdeal to return product, which delayed the delivery. But on the other hand I didn’t even receive a notification from both sides.
