By God I think its a really a fraud company because they really don’t have any kind of information regarding sender and place also.
Actually I had book a courier from Jammu from local shop keeper but when I got my courier from Gati KWE It was damaged but when I called to this company and I told them please give me Information about the sender they said we don’t have much information about the sender only we pick the package and delivered to the receiver.
As we know in Jammu no network works until a postpaid.
Actually the consumer forum needs the full information regarding the second party for the legal action needed andI called to the GATI KWE and they are telling we are just placing a package without full information about the sender. What the hell is this then how can you make a invoice.
So I request you all please go with our Government Courier Indian Post.
