I have orderd a gift for rakhi but it is not delivered till now.The docket no 545297473 is not delivered and it is lying in the Gati office since 25 Aug 2018. They are expecting us to come and pick it up.How can I ask my sister to pick it up. Shame on you guys. And this is not the first time every time they do the same way.
