Service of this company are too bad in terms of deliverable of product as well as on customer satisfaction.
They always made fake promise for delivering of product on time.This company registered on Amazon website with the name of courier partner’Gati’ but deliverable of this company not upto the mark.

Maximum expected delivery shown on amazon was 3rd march, 2017 but still the no product has delivered till date.Product had fetch by’Gati’ on 20th feb, 2017 on shajahapur but no response has been taken even taking the product.I am tracking the product daily but no response received from either’amazon’ or’gati’ regarding the product delivery.
I have contacted the amazon on 1st march, 2017 regarding the status of product, they said’gati’ will delivered the product asap.They shared the contact number with me.
I have contacted the gati regarding the status of product, they said they will delievred the product on 3rd march before 8PM.Same day call received call from’Gati’ they are asking the distance from shajahapur to my location.
As a courier company asking a distance from customer they don’t know the even route information & all.They said they will not delivered the product today itself due to their service not possible on that location.A separte vechile will be hired from their company to send the product on that location & it will delivered asap.
Again on evening call received from’gati’ they said they will delivered the product today( 3rd march, 2017) .Now day has gone no product received from their site.
On night time I registered complaint against’gati’ on amazon.
On priority amazon said they will delivered the product on 4th march, 2017 in any case.
Still waiting for product.
