I have ordered a MOP from Homeshop18 whose logistic partner was Gati. I had a worst experience with them. I have order that product on 1st October, 2016 but till date I haven’t recieved the product. God knows what they have done with it. Their customer service is also worst. I have raised the complaint for this 3 times and every time they create new complain and told me that they are working on it. After 10-12 calls to their customer service I raised my hand and lost hope for recieving the product.
