Since I shifted to the new area where I have been told Gazon is the internet service provider, utter in need I fixed up this internet service at my place and actually invited the trouble on my own. I opted for 6-1 Mbps plan and to my surprise I have seen the speed test showing 6mbps at the start and YouTube was buffering at the same moment whilst there was only one user. I thought I should take this issue to the customer cares notice and was another surprise waiting for me there customer care people received the call and disconnected on their own.
I somehow managed to connect them and explain the whole scenario they said our representative will come to your place to resolve this issue. One day later this representative called me and started verbally explaining me about the speed thought insisted on him to come, he then agreed. Same day I got a massage from them that the complaint has been successfully closed on my request. I have no idea why these people are doing this. There are only fake plans your will never get the speed they promise you and charge you for. Money is yours choice is yours.
