We faced internet issue from friday onwards(5 days). We raised ticket both the time but still there is no update from Gazon team. Tickets no is 246420 which is raised on friday and second one raised on Sunday Tickets no is 246637.We would like to know when this issue is permanently resolved this has become regular issue now and local Gazon team does not respond take our calls.
In this case I faced some issues and challenges hence I have raised the issue with Customer care. I got
the answer that the backend team will work on this and it will get resolved, However I have not
received a resolution on this case.
After some days I again took the follow up for the same point and again got the same response from the
customer care team.
In total I have taken follow ups many times and still there is nothing happened from the backend/
technical team.
Finally I got frustrated as this had a very huge impact on my work from the office environment and received very bad feedback from my office. hence I have decide to cancel the connection.
