Customer Stonewalling at GE money

Dear GE Money



1. when I called on 03 Sep’11, your team was not clear about the process to be followed in the case of a "Lease to Loan" case


2. your team mis-informed the customtakeouter and sets wrong expectations


3. then your Manager informs that I need to fill a form, but the form never arrives, also no reason given why this was told in the first instance.


4. the call was escallated, Mr. Rakesh promisis a call back by Ms. Divya Dhodi......3 days went by and no one bothered to call.


5. I wrote and escalation mail to head.services@ge.com but I still got no response in 24 hrs.


6. today (25th Oct) I am told the entire management is on leave due to festivities...but no explaination as to why no one called when festivities had yet to begin


7. I am completely stone walled, as the only access I have, is to this mail id, which I am told responds only in 5 working days, a 45 day goof up notwithstanding, with no recourse to either Divya’s or Rajiv Yadav’s direct mailbox.



every time a call back is promised BUT NO CALL BACK HAPPENS


please advise why should I not press for charges of :


a. negligence


b. harrasment



is this what GE Money has come to ?


I am appalled to see this kind of customtakeouter Stone-walling in a GE company.


does GE have no knowledge of something called Service recovery ?
