Hello all. I have been a member of Mouthshut for a few months now and done only 3 reviews. ’So what’ you might say--. Well, why only three reviews? Has anyone thought about the difficulty in getting personal info about your account. First you open the website, then you login, then you have a little info in one corner showing some particulars, then one has to click on one of the figures and the detailed info appears. Such a long drawn out process.
The mouthshut portal should be more interactive, with some technical info on products reviewed, a forum for discussion of the product and a complaint/redressal cell for products that are reviewed, if possible. Then and only then will this portal realise its full potential.
