Introduction to MS

I was searching some stuff in google when I came across this site MouthShut.The link mouthshut.com was unique, so I clicked on it and browsed through the site.
I was impressed! There are so many people who write so well.
For next 6 months I did not write/read reviews on mouthshut, completely went off my mind due to my project deadline. Then one fine day I saw my colleague surfing through this site.
I occurred to me why not get a second opinion on the book “A bridge across forever”, which my friend had suggested to me. I read reviews about this book and went on to buy it.
My First Review
I was not sure about the writing skills; I had ideas/opinions about a lot of products but was not sure how to pen them. I was very apprehensive. Then I wrote my first review
My favorites – 10 best English songs.
What an experience!!!, you had people reading it, commenting on it. It’s a wonderful feeling.
Imagine you sitting in one corner of the world and have 20-30 odd people around this world whom you don’t know sharing the same view as yours.
Now I am hooked to this site, I read and rate review. I have not added anyone in my trusted circle will surely do that in near future.
I guess this is a better option then chatting on MSN, BTW I am hooked to that too.
Positive points of MS
Site is happy by which I mean it is green in color which is pleasant
It doe not have to mean many images.
The presentation is good.
Things are not cluttered and at the same time it’s not blank like Yahoo.
I like the idea of having “Star writers”, “Best Debuts”, “Member News”.
Conclusion
There are some who write interesting review like :-

Premjit’s review on Madam Bovary.
There are others who write systematic ones like one on Scrabble by cousin2.
