This is my hundredth review & I dedicate this review to dear MS & my MSian friends.It has been around two years with MS & I am very glad to be a part of it. During this wonderful journey in the world of wisdom I had a great opportunity to share & gain knowledge & meet some of the most intellectual friends.
I like to spend time in MS, reading the reviews, posts & it’s a better & useful option to spend valuable time here then wasting time with watching useless serials on TV or chatting with friends & relatives on unworthy topics.
Recently my old friend who studied management course with me & now settled in Chicago, after twelve long years has found me in MS. Getting in touch with him was a great joy & pleasure. I hope I may able to trace my lost friends in various corners of the world. I am really thankful to MS.
For the first few months I used MS as a source for obtaining general information on various products & read movie reviews before watching movies.
I really appreciate the unpaid members for sharing their time & resources for providing interesting & useful information on so many topics. They are the backbone & real stars of MS.
MS is the beautiful place where one can share their experiences, knowledge & exhibit their writing skills and talents. The valuable works, views, opinions are not only appreciated, but will be rightly suggested & judged by the other members. This provides an ample space for learning & gaining knowledge to all.
MS is really helpful to know pros and cons of the products & services before purchasing. Most of the reviews are written by genuine user & not by the members sponsored by the company or product marketers.
A large percentage of Internet users in India generally search for details about the products before they buy. Many reviews on various products give consumers valuable & necessary information and option to choose the products of their choice. I came to know that many companies in India have used Mouthshut.com reviews & ratings from the genuine members as a part of their advertising campaign. Isn’t it amazing?
MS has evolved much better and always has something new to offer for its members. MS deserves the success it has received. This is a much cleaner & user friendly site.
Dear Faisal, I congratulate you for surviving for more than ten years as India’s first & largest user generated content website & winning several prestigious awards for the Mouthshut.com. This is a wonderful place of wisdom. We are fortunate to be a part of MS Family.
After spending two wonderful years in MS, I have few suggestions for the MS Team.
All the reviews & post should be properly checked for their suitability prior to being published and anything controversial or wrong information should be immediately removed making it a consumer & family friendly site which should be filled with knowledge & fun for everyone. Many fake reviews & profiles can be minimized by implementing the above suggestion.
It was very nice to see MS introducing mobile service. MS should add chatting facilities to improve & increase the member activities. It’s a forum where voicing opinions & feedback is very important, & the more, the better.
Very few options left for formatting (specially reviews), fonts, colours etc. one should have better options & control on the content to be displayed.
Virtual gifts are really interesting, but MS should start recognizing, rewarding & awarding its members for their outstanding contributions.
MS should workout to share a part of its advertisement revenues with its members. I have heard that earlier they had a scheme of allowing members to exchange MS points for gifts, later on they cancelled. Now it will be right time to restore it.
My mission on MS is to provide information that is essential, enlightening and entertaining...
