Management is a universal phenomenon. It is needed in all types of organisations. Management has special significance in business institutions. Efficiency and prosperity of the business organisation also depends upon the quality of management.
I was worked at 2 major companies ie. Kerala Feeds Limited and Vaidyaratnam Oushadhalayam Pvt.Ltd. In this organisations we have found a lot of managers. Quality of each managers are different from one another. I am describe about some important personalities which are handled in management role. They are given below.
Dr. Abdul Shakur.M-He is a good manager whom it is found in Vaidyaratnam company. He was a production manager of this company. He has strong ideas, decisions and policies. Therefore their planning is more effective.
Yoosufali.C.T- He is the current manager of costing department of Vaidyaratnam. His decision making ability is always professional in nature. He has not any politics or groupism. Therefore their planning is more effective in organisational growth.
Pramod.M- He is the current material manager of Kerala Feeds Limited. He has a strong policies and ideas for everything and he is always stand upon his policies.His decision making capacity is professional in nature. Therefore his planning becomes the company is more effective.
4.Poulose.A.T- He is a former Unit Head of Vaidyaratnam Oushadhalayam Pvt Ltd Pollachi.He is a worst manager in I have ever seen. He have not any policies about anything. He is always obey the instructions of both superiors and subordinates.Therefore he has a great fans in that organisation. Manager is not a suitable job for him. His suitable job is a journalist or a politician. So he is always change in a new event is made and the old event is completely removed from his mind.Therefore his managerial role company has not any growth or development.
The above mentioned points said that Pinarayi Vijayan is a good manager and professional chief minister of Kerala.
