We guys live in Delhi! where the daily noon show on roads from march to june is AAG HI AAG( remember the super flop by Shatru Bhaiya?) the only difference the sun plays all the charactors in this new AAG HI AAG!
we were happy with our assembled Napolean ACs till now but guess me and wife thought of switching over to some branded one just for the sake of low energy consumption and some what ease of use! the two Napoleans we had, served us for good number of years!
i did came to MS for help but wonder of wonders there was no help for this range of products! as I searched it in home appliances category, little did I know that MS people still take this product for office purposes. but Delhi faces severe power failures cause each home is using not less than two units! and they call it office electronics? bemused I asked my nearest dealer for help but soon I discovered he was trying to sell the brand which ensured highest profit margin for him! I turned to my wife but friends we all know these females have all dreamy reviews about any product without knowing the actual in side out of the product! sorry if I am offending discerning female community, I know there are many who keep a keen interest on the world around. so putting it straight- my wife does not! she quivered names like Hair, Samsung, LG and positioned it according to her whims and fancy with no solid reason of answering a why? and these days with all those rotary compressors these ACs can never match with the quality of Deikin and Hitachi which still perhaps offer retroprest compressors!
Rotary compressors are good for cool air but when you need the real chill factor nothing can beat retroprest compressors. but the prices they are charging for their ACs are a bit too high. the premium for quality. with a little addition on your electricity bills too, retro takes higher energy than rotary! which I was not prepared to shell off at the moment. I looked around for answer suddenly I saw my godrej refrigerator quietly working in a corner!
and bingo I got my answer- 30 years of uniterrupted service( 20 at my father’s home and the 10 years I bought my own!) with no problem in compressor or the other parts of unit!
enlightened I have changed both my naps with the new sleek Godrej ACs. and they are perhaps the only brand offering first year guarantee and subsequent four years of warranty that makes it kind of peacefull buy. atleast I can ask for help from the company for next five years! Ya I know I bought out for my own intution. still keping my fingers crossed ki - ram jaane aage kya hoga? Any help folks?
