I have a Gilma Chimney and Hob, both useless and the service is worst.
Firstly the stove -
difficult to maintain,
bad battery cases, (after service fellow replaced a battery case the stove started producing unpredicted flames and what not)
the stove material is not good,
burners are blocked everytime
the service guy doesn’t know what to do and doen’t do anything right.
Second is the Chimney -
The mother board was damaged in a span of ten months, everytime I called the service they said the Mother board is out of stock,
fine he comes and replaces and charges me 1180Rs, but again the board is gone in 2 days
Now I am worried, what next
Please don’t ever buy a Gilma product.
Mom says her old Butterfly stove is better and she uses it now. I am not sure what do with my 20K stove and Chimney.
