IN APPLICATION MANAGER delete catche data where is needed some apps create useless catche data in GBS even check on apps taking large memory that will help you in analyze what better you can do.
NEVER DELETE SYSTEM FILES FOLDERS APPS AND OTHERS AT ANY COST. they are the backbone of phone never let it in trouble.
if you are NOT OFTEN TO SOME GAMES AND APPS then uninstall it and delete its files IF SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS PRESENT then save it anywhere NO PROBLEM will be caused.
