Hello friends, so as a title suggest Bollywood and nepotism I am not give you the whole debate because it will become a very long debate so just keeping it short and putting my views and I’m not going to picking on any celebrities so firstly to begin with what does nepotism mean and where does it apply so according to dictionary nepotism is the practice among those with power or influence of favouring relative or friends especially by giving them jobs so this is what basically meaning of Nepotism is like all around the India in every field like if you want to be an engineer doctor lawyer even an actor there is a Nepotism so I don’t come from and Bollywood background so I have grown up seeing them everyday understand the main concept on Nepotism in Bollywood as I said it’s obvious for nepotism to exist it exist in every field but just till the time it’s based on 92 industry because the appreciation you required to work hard and achieve result only then you are a claim as a successful person place like Bollywood outside Island is definitely recognised but even Wrong Turn and is somewhere and courage to bring forward leading to many losses when a star kid can have little small humanly accepted dream if questions are asked to be it is to be focused on me density as to whenever they are celebrities about their kids or relative launch in Bollywood it’s not always necessary for every celebrity get to be a celebrity itself so in my point of view nepotism should be not considered in industry where only hard work will pays off because it will definitely knows some of the Other hard worker or talented actor or actresses it should be fair and equal for each and everyone is just based on their talent and their skills not on just that he or she is relative of some big star or any other influences so it should be not practiced in Bollywood or I can say should not be practiced in any other field because it will lead to loss some of hardworking and talented candidates
