Decide your budget;accordinly you can go to 4 different kinds of cars.1)Small-’Maruti 800’;Indica;Premier(Fiat);Matiz etc.(2 to 3 lacs)
2)economicaly sized small cars-’Zen;Palio;Fiat;Wagon;Santro;(Back-hatch modified for your luggage)Only front people can enjoy driving;back people get lot of jerks.so driving
yourself is compulsory.(3 to 4 lacs)
3)medium size(actual cars)-Ikon;Esteem;Accent etc.this can be given to driver & you can have pleasure trip sitting behind.( 4.5 to 6.5 lacs depending upon extra luxury fitted by you on order.
4)Luxury Cars=Lancer;City Honda;Opel;Maruti’s Luxury car(name I donot remember) 6.5 lacs to 12 lacs;depending upon your requirements for extra luxury.
5)after this there is’sky is limit’From Mercedes;bmw.
Always go with family or friends;those having knowledge to show room;that creates good impression at showroom;people there will serve you properly;because this shows you came to buy & not to pass time.
Regarding taking finance donot depend upon them.Compare interest rates with your own bank.Some time their interest rate may be less than our regular bank.Pay attention to’FREE with’(i.e.Insurance;Free music system;extra accesories etc.)Many time it is given to you at the cost of chrging you higher interest rates.Nobody wants to give you anything FREE;remember this.Consult your C.A. about comprable interest rates;which will benefit you in Income-Tax.
