Make sure you can talk and listen

Not a lot to offer on cell phones .. I am not an electronics wizard .. nor am I too interested in knowing the circuitry behind the working of a cell phone ..

What I do know is that cell phone technology has made leaps and bounds in the last few years.

Now you get cell phone which have all sort of different features .. the other day one of my friend was showing me his cell phone which has a wall paper etc. You can store mp3 .. there is a digital camera . .. there are hundred’s of tunes ..

the size of the phone is shrinking too .. . light and small seems to be the way to go .. hard to understand since I usually keep misplacing things which are very small in size ..

There are also a lot of games one can play . .calcualtor .. etc ..

soon you will be able to watch TV on the cell phone screen (one can already surf etc.) . . .

while seeing all this new technology is great .. somehow it seems people are missing the main point of a cell phone ..   it is basically an instrument to talk and listen.

.. I had gone to a Clearnet booth the other day with a friend and we got shown a lot of different types of mobile phones .. .  boy .. so many choices ..

in the end I did end up asking the salesgirl .. I know it has all these features but .. does it have the bonus feature of talking and listening ;-) *

$$ Not sure of the effect it has on the brain cells .. but I dont wanna be the first one to find out :-) .. I do use a cell phone which mainly functions as an alarm clock and used only for emergencies . its one of the older ones w.o a calculator but can still talk on it . ..

$$ dont think I really added anything to this discussion .. just a satirical view .. ;-)
