I purchased new maruti Alto LXI in July 2012, and fitted CNG kit Tomasetto Achille(Argentina) with advancer but without lambda(12kg cylinder) from Namdhari motors – Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. It’s all cost me 22500/- and I endorsed it on RC by myself from RTO in just 650/-.
Guys you will not believe it runs around 260km in 9kg Gas in city, and my daily route is from Shahdra to Saket via BRT corridor, every Delhi’s person knows about jam on this rout. In petrol my alto runs around 230km in 14.5 liter. I didn’t checked its mileage on highway, will update it when I will go for a long journey on highway.
One more thing you have to press accelerator 10% more and u will get same pickup like a petrol, you can climb on flyover at 5th gear and engine do less vibrate on CNG, its run so smooth.
