This title is picked up from Red Indian dance down west which is wild in US. So good morning & Salaam Namaste to Mouthshuters as for the first time I have logged on at this time on this site.So my review on conducting meetings follows:)
But before the review.what do I see.So Ads right between the review.and some more ads in the comments right in between. Mere Dosto kindly tell me what should I call this review ke beech mein Ad yaa fir Ad ke beech mein review.hehe haha:P

I recently heard that you are conducting meetings and all. So copy paste this into your brain as this will help you. No Guarantees though:p
A meeting should be planned in a organized manner as in preplanning a meeting is the key. Pre Planning bole to.arre.when you jama karo 10 friends and watch the new movies cant you jama karo 10 frnds to conduct meetings.
Hmm so the first point is planning it out well. So this includes.
1) Who all are the participants
2) Are they informed?
3) Send them invites and reminders beforehand
4) Decide about the agenda of the meeting beforehand
5) Plan the timing of the meeting and schedule it beforehand.
6) Meeting deliverables should be decided
7) The speakers and minute minders should be given jobs before hand.
Now let me elaborate all the point ek ek karke varna you people will stamp another NU tag in my review.:(.
1) You have to know the participants.if its a business meeting you cannot call Local cricket team in it to discuss game strategy.So samjhe
2) Are they informed? means you have to tell them that there is meeting taking place.there are Sadhu Baba or Antar yami kinds to know it beforehand. Samjhe
3) Are you dumb? Can’t speak!.Monn Vrath you have dharoed so that you cannot inform people.if not then remind them beforehand abt the meeting time and date and venue.Varna it would be like.arre meri shaadi tum aaye nahi.Haan haan aaya tha na lekin sapno mein:P
4) If you dunno what have you called people to meet then you are lallu and a bigger panju. I remember once Dhananjay callin his frnds for studying maths and then they forgot abt it and played video games. So decide the agenda or else if no agenda.then call the DJ.Food and party lights as its the time to PArty.:D
5) What you expect as conclusion from the meeting? needs to be thought out.you know varna you have not called them for general chit chatting or gossiping.for that you can call Page 3 people and auntys.
6) Someone needs to prepare notes of the meeting so that we can refer back to it. Else imagine your meeting gives a scientific formulae for becoming Gayab and you loose it thanks to no noting of it.Samjhe.
Enough of my review.i am having time so I will write one more today.
By the way.i am wondering what Ad will come in between my review.its like Jadoo Ki Pudiya.hehehee.
