My Indane consumer no is 17983, On valentine day - 14 February, 2010, we opened the Indande LPG gas cylinder and found gas leakage. We called all the contact nos of Supreme Enterprises and emergency service cell of G.S.enterprise, but to surprise, there was no answer to any one of them.We registered an online complaint to indane with complaint number 22399 the same day.
We had to go to to the dealers the very next day, but there is no help till now. After numerous calls, numerous visits, there was no one to help. We randomly find cylinders whose expiry date has crossed on cylinders. But a cylinder which is leaking and there is no one to complain about was a very idiotic situation. Indane provide such hazardous cylinders to consumers without caring for them is really very disturbing. On the 3rd day of complaint, an Indane person came to our home and said that the cylinder is working fine . We told him that it is leaking to which he (Name - vijay) replied that it is common in indane cylinders that they throw gas if regulator is not put on. But later, he realized that he was wrong and said that there are no backups with him and an alternate cylinder will be given after 1-2 days.
We are really shocked to see such service from indane, they dont care about consumers. They just care about how to make money by putting the life of their consumer at stake. Indane is company which dont care for its consumers. You will not found any emergency numbers or contact numbers on their website. Even if you found a number, there will be no answer on their number whenever you try.
