Hieeee.Folks.Howz U all Doin’.well this time I am going to gibve you guys some shock.’My Review On Cooking’.


Well I know what you people might be thinking.that Sweetguy and cooking.well I learnt cooking from my Father and believe me He is a GOOD COOK.yes and it has helped me a lot in my life when I was in college I was an NSS Member and we hade camps where we had to stay for 10 - 15 days where we had groups and every group had to cook food for other group and thats how it gave me the feel for love for cooking.


Now Some Tips while cooking.


1)Use clean pans and utensils which are free from water when you add oil to the pan for frying.


2)Always keep the needed ingredients ready when ever you cook so that you dont have to search for them or you might miss out some important ingredient.


3)Do not over cook the food since it might loose the required nutrient contents.


4)It is always recommended to use a large pan enough so that you can mix the food well and it wont spill over.


5)Wash the food well before cooking so that it is clean from dirt particles and insects and germs.


6)Put sufficient oil while cooking so that the food gets cooked properly and also put the spices in the required quantity.If any one gets excess then the taste is lost.


7)Wear Cotton clothes while cooking.and wear an Cooking Apron so that your clothes dont get spoilt and it will also save you from getting burnt.


8)See that while cooking your childrens do not enter the Kitchen.Keep them away from Hot Stuff.


9)If an Egg breaks on the floor then sprinkle some Salt over it and then you can easily pick it up without messing.


10)If you have added some extra salt then add some Vinegar(1/2 Teaspoon) and sugar so that it will just balance the salty part.


Now I am about to share with you some fast to cook and delicious to eat Recipie.


1>Tomato - Bread Crumps:-(For 2 people)


Ingredients:


12-14 bread slices,


tomatoes2-3,


onions 2,


jeera,


haldi,


kadipatta,


dhania,


green chillies - 2 cut into pieces


salt for taste.


oil to cook


How to Prepare:


Crumple bread slices into pieces, cut the onion into fine pieces, cut tomatoes into small pieces and keep ready the spices.


Now put some oil(1 - 1&1/2 Tblsp) in a deep pan and put the jeera, kadipatta, green chillies cut into small pieces, and then put the chopped onions and fry it till they turn to brownish colour, then put the chopped tomatoes into it and stir well.Now put the haldi powder amd add some salt to it.stir well till it is cooked well.


Add the bread crumps to this and stir well.Mix it till the whole thing gets uniform.Sprinkle some Dhania over it and its ready to eat.so enjoy.l.


This dish is fast to cook and delicious to eat, good for a morning breakfast.


2>Onion & Tomato Chatni: 2-3 people


Ingredients:


3-4 tomatoes,


2-3 onions,


jeera,


2 green chillies cut into pieces,


salt to taste


some haldi,


Dhania.


kadipatta


Oli to cook,


How to Prepare:


Take a deep pan and put some oil into it and add jeera, kadipatta, green chillies(cut)and heat and then put the chopped onions into it and fry till brownish.Add some haldi and salt to it and then put the tomatoes and mix well, cook it till the tomatoes get well cooked and mixes well with onions.Sprinkle some dhania on it for taste .


You can have this with chapati or bread.delicious to taste and quick and easy to cook
