Vaidyaratnam is a leading ayurveda medicine manufacturing company in Kerala. The major speciality of this company is that there is not any ethics. The main reason is for the overall administration is in the hands of QC department officials. They were conducting IQAC visitings to their factories and their main aim is to maximise the errors and faults made by the other departments and for this purpose they were recommend to appoint QA physicians in each unit and it is implemented by the company. The main role of a QA physician is acting as an agent of IQAC teams for maximising the errors and faults made by the other departments and they were celebrating it. But there are no professional advice from QA physicians for reducing the errors and faults or improving their quality of production process and their related activities.
