Please don’t go for airtel dth service. I have been complaining for the past one month.Every time I get a complaint no..but no one turns up.surprisingly I get a sms saying that complaint has been resolved.
This has happened almost 4 to 5 times in these 2 weeks.For past 20 days, I have been calling everyday but every time they promise to resolve within 24 hours..
One day my connection got suspended due to negative balance showing error code 6
I told them clearly until you resolve the existing problem I can’t recharge.
