Never get a sun direct connection any of you..! My setup box not working prop-distorted video and no audio-video sync. I hv been giving complaint each wk for 3 wks, fg morons thy tell thy’ll send someone within 48 hours but nobody show up. finally I get a technician (name=swami) number (3 persons number=2 not responding) he the ahole not even shows up nor calls back(no response wn I called back) and wn I call back on customer support for enquiry thy just ask details again and again plus the previous complaind status is="the technician has updated as problem resolved" WTF MAN..!
For all those in Bangalore, go for the local cablewallah but never the Sundirect..!!! The lady on the local sundirect office, she though very negligent, and bit arrogant, hangs up call when I am explaining the situation. All are basds and bs.. ""never go for sundirect"" poor response, false promises, I am disconnecting the service
