I booked a Videocon DTH service via their site https://bookmydth.com on 22nd November 2015. I received a confirmation call within minutes. Also, as I had missed to enter any promotion, they immediately gave me a cashback.
The DTH was supposed to be delivered in Hyderabad and the installation was done within 3 hours! No other online service provider is so fast and reliable. I am very very happy with their service. Post the installation, they had called up the next day to take feedback and to know if we were facing any problem.
They stuck to their timelines and suggested very good packages. They are better than the individual service providers.
