When SUN DTH was launched, I was happy because it was a subsidiary of a decent network in South India. I happily installed one. But soon it turned out to be painful due to frequent signal loss. And the complaints, they claim to be attended in 48 hrs, are attended after many days and several calls. Whenever called to the customer care, they register a new complaint and another 48 hrs time is given to attend the complaint.
Recently they said, they are shifting their satellite for better quality. They shifted already, but no visible change is noticed. Further, many of the channels vanished from the package. From 31 Oct 10 onwards, there is no signal detected by my STB. Complaint is booked on the same day, but still my complaint is not attended. THIS IS THE WORST DTH SERVICE IN INDIA.
