Is it possible to workout at home? Yes ofcourse, if you are looking in term of having fit lifestyle, home fitness is good enough for, if you want to go for bodybuilding or muscularity the you should go for a gym. Most of the time people dont have time to go in the gym, or gym is expensive for them, then home fitness is best for them. Now what exactly we can do for home fitness, you can do push up which goes for you chest, if you have anything where you can hang on to you can do pull up, which goes to you biceps and back. You can purchase few dumbells, with dumbells you can do arms workout, shoulder workout, legs workout easity at home, which enough to keep you fit, you can even do jogging which will act as cardio for you. And more important have right amount protein, carbohydrates in your diet.
