Fitness tips at home.

1: -) Having the right Nutrition Diet.


To stay fit it is important that you have the perfect nutritional diet.Food is the fuel for the body and through the food you get the right nutrition to stay fit and healthy.It is also important that you have the balance diet and this should include the right proportion of fruits, vegetables, complete protien, complex carbohydrates and variety of fats like flax seed and fish oil.


2: -) Exercise and Workouts.


Exercise keeps our body fit, but most people do not have proper time to maintain their body.Do not worry about that , I would suggest you, set an alarm at least 30 minutes to 1hours before your daily wake up, get up and doing exercise, If you give proper exercise to your body is help you to be with stress less body and peaceful mind.Yoga is another important parts to keep your body fit, It helps you to increase your energy level, heart rate, burns unnecessary calories and helps in the proper functioning of blood circulation.


3: -) Stop Smoking.


In order to maintain body fitness, better to quit smoking, because smoking harm your body in that way that drug it contains will effects your metabolism, which results to lung cancer.


4: -) Drink More Water.


Do not waste your health or calories by taking drinks, instead of that take water which saves your calories and even make your day to be active.


5: -) Take a proper sleep.


In order to maintain body fitness you should take proper sleep, get fresh by washing face before going to bed and give you body at least 8 hours sleep, which helps to burn your calories.
