Hi Friends! I was always a lover of Starters especially Soups and to my delight last weekend with my family we dinned at a small cozy Chinese Restaurant in M -Block - South Delhi. As usual most of the starters were of authentic Chinese style but on the flip side I happened to order the all famous yet rare’French Onion Soup’ which not many people in India prefer and I was told that it would be served piping hot in Chinese - Mandarin - European Style! I was amused but, curiously looked forward to the surprise as I was so accustomed to the taste of this particular soup from various parts of the world that I traveled too. My family went about their orders, interestingly I was eager to know what was coming my way in the form of a starter soup.I was greeted with the fresh smell of rare Chinese herbs dressed over fried onions and a thick creamy base, heads looked over my plate and I had my first taste of the gorgeous smelling dish - I must tell you that it was simply heavenly, the twist of Chinese, Mandarin and European unfolded deliciously.it tasted so good that I instantly asked my family members to try tasting the same and the feedback was just the same wow 5 stars was the call! Great taste/flavor and an amazing way to a begin scrumptious meal, hats off to the chef in charge!
