I had gone to fill petrol at Shree Seva Petrol Pump in
Ganeshkhind in Pune Maharashtra. I told them to fill petrol worth 500
and opened my remote fuel opener and they started filling petrol. I
smelt a rat in their behavior and got down to check and to my horror
saw the attendant filling petrol in a barrel. Now this is daylight
robbery. And the guys were not apologetic at all and were just telling
me sir leave it we will fill correct petrol and etc etc. After much
arguments this guys gave me the complaint register and I have mentioned
all the details in my complaint the number is 411
The sorry fact is there are lot of previous complaints in the
register of the same nature and this guys are still continuing with
this which means Indian Oil guys have to be hand in glove with them and
this guys are supported by Indian Oil which is a real shame. The
petrol pump does not even have the contact details of the Indian Oil
guys.
I think Indian Oil should really do something so that they can call themselves a premier Indian Enterprise otherwise its a real shame.
