I am using a Reliance GSM Prepaid number in Delhi circle. I checked it on their website and it is clearly mentioned on their website that on a recharge of 75 rupees you would get 66 rupees as balance. I got only 0.01 rupees.
This is what it shows up on their website. So I called up complaint line at 198 and spoke with a lady called priya who was extremely rude and unhelpful and first said that there is no such 75 rupees recharge. After that she placed my call on hold and told me that this plan is only available on first recharge( FRC) and not for regular customtakeouters. Then she said that she would transfer my call to her senior and she placed my call on hold for a long time and then she disconnected the call. after that I am not able to contact a representative @ 198 which clearly means that she has barred my call from 198 and I was not using any unprofessional / rude /profane language.
I have sent emails to reliance support and hope something gets done as it is not my fault and it is no where mentioned on there website that 75 is only offered as FRC and it’s not a regular recharge.
