TOSHIBA Hard disk

I purchase a Hard disk from the Company(Toshiba) and they provide me warranty of 2years but my hard disk crashed on July 25 2014.


I called the customer case regarding the issue of my hard disk. I tried so many times but I cant reach their technical support team for help after 5 days my call got connected to that tech support team and they given me a supper answer that "I am sorry it was manufactured on July 2012 its already 2years now if you came before 31st July we can replace and give but now we can do any thing" but it was damaged before the expiry date!


I ask explanation regarding my HDD, why it was crashed in 2 years because other brands don’t give such problems.They said may be its the electricity or  rash use of the product. But I am using well UPS in my company and it was used in the reception as well and no problem occurred.


This is the customer care service and product quality of Toshiba.I request all my friends and people please don’t buy any product from that worst company Toshiba.
