Few days back I have gone for Executive Health Check up in well known Hospital in Delhi.
It was good well organised, neat & clean with nice behavior of the staff. I did not have any medical problem, as precaution I had gone there.
After going through the entire test mentioned in the package, I felt that they were being performed as a formality as if it is free or with obligation whereas if you have gone there for specific test and paid for it was treated with full concentration, interest and devotion. e.g Ultrasound, performed on health package time 10-15 mts, same test performed specifically took more time. Same is in the case of consultancy of Dental and Eye it was all formal for 3-4 mts consultancy. This hospital is specialized in heart and so they have more heart specialist and relate everything with the heart. If you discuss generally like I had gone for the General Checkup they will advice you to see the concerned specialization in OPD after paying their consultancy extra. Secondly, it has post consultancy only with cardiologist, not specific on the basis of your findings.
On the whole this feeling of mine could be because I didn’t have any such health problem.!touch wood(thanks god). So my experience is one should go for these check ups if you anticipate some problem, secondly go for the specific prescribed tests related to your health.
Somehow I got the feeling that in Health Check ups they do not put their best effort, normally they put when visited privately for specific consultancy.
This review is my personal feeling and experience so should not be taken as DO or DON’T.
One has to go for these checkups regularly.
